10' x 10' Booth for July 18th & 19th, 2026. Each 10' x 10' space includes 2 exhibitor passes and access to electricity—just be sure to bring your own extension cord. Exhibitors must be fully paid by June 5, 2026 to be included in the show program. The Early-Bird-Special ends February 2, 2026. Exhibitors can purchase as many 10' x 10' booths as they need by changing the quantity at checkout. Booth locations are on a first-come, first-served basis when payment has been received. You can request the booth number(s) in the "Add a note" section at checkout. Please keep in mind, all transactions are time recorded, and the exhibitor will choose their booth number(s) accordingly from when the payment has been received. Booth registration closes July 3, 2026 (while supplies last). Tables and Chairs are rented separately. Drum rugs are not required but encouraged. Exhibitors are allowed to sell their products at their booth and are allowed to hang banners on the Pipe & Drape. Per the venue's rules and regulations, food/beverage items cannot be sold anywhere on the property and nothing can be hung or taped on the walls.
